长期接受高水平的游泳训练，擅长泳姿仰泳和自由泳，拥有7年的游泳教学经验以及两年的少儿体适能教学经验。“为孩子创造一个有激励性、趣味性的课堂氛围，让孩子更自信的学习游泳技能”是我的教学宗旨。

 Have received long-term high-level swimming training, good at backstroke and free stroke. Have 7 years’ experience in swimming teaching and 2 years’ experience in physical fitness teaching for children. "Creating an exciting and interesting classroom atmosphere for children and making them more confident in learning swimming skills" is his teaching purpose.
